To give you an impression of me and my work, allow me to introduce myself:
As the founder of Goldhacker CONSULTING, I cover all areas of strategic and operational corporate management and performance optimization for large corporations and upper mid-sized companies, in accordance with the "one face to the customer" approach at executive and director level.
Before founding my own management consultancy, I worked as the vice president, COO and managing director of international corporations and leading medium-sized companies in Germany and abroad. My area of responsibility included worldwide production networks with >18,000 employees in Europe, the USA and the Asian economic region.
I often compare my passion for challenging tasks with the saying: "Everyone always said it couldn't be done, then someone who didn't know that just came along and did it." With my extensive experience in restructuring/optimization and ability to think outside the box without prejudice, I, together with a competent team of specialists, solve complex tasks quickly, in a target-oriented manner and sustainably while concentrating on the essentials.
I learned my craft, with additional commercial training and further training in quality and project management, from the ground up, and intensified my knowledge at the Wirtschaftsakademie Schleswig-Holstein in Kiel by studying corporate management, strategy and "The human factor within companies".
My objective: The implementation of strategic goals for productivity increases and cost reductions, in conjunction with human resourcing issues in order to make companies more effective and efficient in global competition.
